[0.3.1] Killing Olroth too fast, gets you stuck in arena

If you kill Olroth before he is able to get into his second phase, the arena doesn't open after he dies. This prevents you from leaving the area. Only solution was to exit to character select; Ctrl+Click on Play to force character to last Hideout.
