Help me with the build and lemme know what I can improve (I am a new player)

So I am experimenting on my second character (Inquisitor).

I don't have much knowledge on what kind of weapons and armour I should focus on, plus I'm not even sure if this is a good build.

I did manage to look at some other builds for an example at poe.ninja but I didn't want to blatantly copy other builds and try stuff on my own.

Please share your thoughts.

The first thing I see is that you have the divine blessing support, which was removed in version 3.25. To have divine blessing now, you need to be wearing the March of the Legion unique boots.

I'd probably only take Glancing Blows if I had really big recovery on block, and even then, it'd be much better to cap block another way. Block without Glancing Blows is an incredible defense because it will negate ALL damage from the hit, no matter how big the hit was. Removing that 100% reduction makes it significantly worse in most cases.

You're probably going to want to take more defensive nodes on the tree. Block, definitely. I'd say Life but it seems you want Zealot's Oath which means going Energy Shield might make more sense.

Note that the elemental mastery that treats enemy resists as inverted is actually only 15% in the current patch. And that it doesn't synergize super well with the Inquisitor ascendancy that makes crit ignore ele resists. but I don't think it hurts that much either.

Awakened Elemental Focus: you might want to replace this with a different support gem. This gem will make it so you can't shock with the supported skill. Shock is really nice to have, and getting it easily is imo one of the reasons to go for a crit build.

In general, it's better to focus on either an attack build or a spell build in this game because it's usually easier to scale one or the other and there may not be enough skill points for both. If you want to do an attack/spell hybrid (smite/shock nova) maybe you should look at some of the other inquisitor nodes, the ones that grant battle mage and fanatic charges.

I'm not an expert on the specific build but I think these things might help.
