[3.26]Ci Trickster Romira's Flicker Strike of POWER [Unstoppable RAIDER build][non crit 200-300mdps]

After many years of playing flicker, i finally found the perfect build. You wont need the implicits that I have, just go the regular basic Uniques. This build is made with mostly uniques so everyone can easily build this build, and the clusters are probably the only things that expensive and the weapon isnt hard to craft with essence and a few veilrolls.

I call it, the Romira. This is how it works;

Tech : FLICKER STRIKE OF POWER : consumes a power charge instead of a frenzy charge + Romira's which gives you a power charge on every non crit hit. This way, you have forever powercharges and will never stop flickering, even if monster "steal", you still get charges from tempest shield so you will never run out of charges. 100% Bulletproof.

Gear:


Remove the circle of regret if you're rich enough for a 6% synthesized implicit ring and craft it, capping resistances will be tough so this ring will be your saviour. This is mine :




and swap the bronns for something like this for end game, the fortify is amazing and you'll get 9k es and 400k ehp = unkillable, and you get to keep alot of damage still. See below :



POB WITH NECROTIC CHEST 210M DPS+ HC VIABLE ;



Get a STORMHAND 84 with a wrath and sigil of power. thats all you need.
Merc gear:





check pob for clusters and jewels, nothing fancy, its 1 melding flesh, 1 watchers, 1 thread of hope and 2 large and 4 small 3 passives rmr with max effect, even the 25% effect ones will do.

The absolut best build imo so far in clearing and bossing all together, and the soul ascension will get fully stacked if you buff your maps hard enough, 100% t17 delirious feels like a white map.

This is super broken.

Synthesized:
You need to find a weapon with 1-6 lightning damage with this weapon per 10 intelligence as a synthesized implicit, any sword or axe is fine, with high base attack speed.

Hunter mod: Also has this as a preffix, so its rollable.

The easiest is to get the synthesized and roll it with zeal essences, try to get a t1-t2 flat lightning damage, yolo annul until you only get t1 or t2 flat lightning damage + the 28-30% attack speed from essence. This is actually all you need, only these 2 mods and the synthesized implicit. Lock a suffix or a preffix with cannot be changed and veil exalt it (37 div), it will give you a 50/50 and you hope to replace the crafted mod with a "lightning damage/shock" or double damage while focus. I made a few and its not that hard.

I think late season it will be hard to find any online with this implicit but usually its 50-100c for the base.


You could ignore the sword and just go HoWa, best choice as a starter imo.
But you cannot use the cluster for rage, so you have to find a way to generate 6 rage per hit to keep up the berserk. If u get it on gloves as implicit u loose soul ascension, which is 250% attack speed, just to op to drop.
So a hunter/synthesized sword/axe with 1.5 base attack speed, 1.6 is max, is the best way imo, and try to get that base attack speed up to minimum 2.0+ per second.

HAND OF WISDOM AND ACTION:



Edit: IF you use howa, there is a tincture you can use that grants you 4-5-6 rage per hit, depending on the quality on that flask. I think a 30% flask i86 go up to 5 rage per hit, and HOWA will be of good use, but remember a tincture dont have 100% uptime, so the clusters and the sword is the best option for constant berserker mode.

This build is made to be a raider/berserker/gladiator/facetank, how they used to be before GGG nerfed them all. So having max rage stacks is IMO very important.

hope it wasnt alot to read. And here, a POB with mostly uinques and a HOWA, best option/alternativ until you can craft one of these foils.

Appreciate the comprehensive information. Trying to learn more about crafting so it helps a lot. Will look into HOWA.

you guys are welcome. hope it still works in 3.27.

and my sincere apologise (sry my english isnt my first language) that i didnt post this ealier, because i was afraid all items will spike up in value.

the trickster howa is maybe 150div budget, buts its op and kinda braindead. but when you start min max it u get what i have its op af.

If you skip mageblood and go bears girdle or prism weave, the one with 10 maximum rage, you save alot of money, also the rage support gem has 3 rage per hit now, which is op. That way, you drop in buildcost by alot. You will lose the max res from the sapphire flask so slap on a brass dome incase you go bear girdle or prismweave. once u have mageblood ready, swap to bronns.

Get one with 6% intelligence implicit.

Good cheap option for those who cannot afford mageblood, but you want to get a mageblood asap.

and mostly unique POB also has 3 free socket in shield, use whatever you guys want, golems, animate guardian with a kingsmaker etc... i try to get vengeful cry to work but i dont think it works with ci, i tried animate guardian but they never survive and neither does the golems, so maybe use the 3 free socket gems for movement skills of choice? idk, whatever rock your boat.

the -140 res ring for the merc will cost you alot, but its easy to make it if u know how to use an reflective mist, i think they go for 400c in faustus usually.

For the final "almost" All Unique build with Howa POB :

"min maxed" - 300-500d budget (might aswell go for the rare synthesized foil build tbh) :


rather cheap and simple, 25% effect clusters, enlight lvl 3 and no expensive implicits 200-300 div budget:



The implicits is a bit difficult to get I think. But with an "all unique" build, full potential is alot of dmg and tankyness.

I will make a POB for levelling 3.27 later, the romiras flicker can start flickering at lvl 60, so its decent for leveling.

Ill try my best to make a "cheap cheap" build around romira and the rest 100c maximum for ya.

Thanks! I will update with a starter POB and a ENDGAME POB, then a tanky one and a glasscannon version for you all with the new bloodlines. Catarina seems intersting, so does Primadorial King (Aul). I would probably go wtih Aul for blood ascendancy with the 50% wrath effect at maximum power charges and the global defences. Since you can use animate gaurdian + meatflesh in the free socket slots, for catarina, I would put in a zombie for the 15% inc damage, with 18 zombies thats 270% inc damage. But I think AUL is the best even tho precourses release might be useful, since THIS BUILD DONT USE ALL SOCKETS. Currently, my shield has no gems in it, since it dont need any. But can be used with precourses release and get crit immune cheaper, or a free "action speed cannot be modified below base" meaning we can skip that in trickster ascendancy and go for frenzy charges or damage per aura, which is a huge buff.
I havent decided yet :) But options are endless so it seems and this build got buffed in all the good ways for 3.27, both the voricci 2.0 and the romira version got super buffs. will be interesting to try both later.

And since ASSASSIN got buffed 3.27, the CRIT version that reach 2.5 billion damage is more stable, meaning we all can soon run around with 3b dps. You only change romira for a kalandra and energy shield leech gem for a crit damage (crit multi) support gem. Super easy swap, meaning the ASSASSIN version of this build is more stable.

I will post both, the Voricci 2.0-2.5BILLION DPS BUILD and the ROMIRA trickster/OG RAIDER build.

With paradoxica. actually better choice than HOWA so it seems.
