Cant get Boss Atlas points, bricked

Dear Sirs, I have following bug on my account: I have completed first 2 encounters that grands 2 points each to Boss Atlas tree, and since before the current patch I could find ANY citadel for over 100 hour mapping, I bought fragments and do and kill Arbiter of Ashe for next 2 atlas points. But since I did this I CANT get last 2x2 points either from Citadel bosses or special boss map with map 80+ with 6 modifiers, and now I am bricked and stuck to have maximum of 6/10 Boss Atlas points.... is there a fix or anything I can do, because I have spent so much time, effort and energy and money at this game and this bug is demotivating me to continue playing the game.
