Framerate has dropped to 4 fps for the past 3 days

As the title says, my framerate has suddenly dropped to 4fps making the game unplayable, this has also impacted POE1 in the same way. prior to this i had no fps issues at all and am wondering if this is on my end or GGG's end and have no idea what is causing it.

so, i'm still unable to play either game, have uninstalled and reinstalled game, tried older stable driver and searched online for a fix to this.I have noticed the shader seems to be ramped to max in each ame and cant find how to fix this , not sure this is the issue anyway. If anyone has any ideas i would be really gratefull
