The Black Crow cant pick up his bell

So after what i think was the Stun bug on this boss was gone i tryed to beat it again only to find the boss is just standing still before his bell,

unable to dmg the boss or leave the arena i am now stuck.

idk if it helps but in game with the /Bug command,
