Sims drops spawning in different zone; bug report 1842324694

This has happened to me twice, if my character finishes sims at the edge of the map, the loot spawns at another area instead of the designated area im in. There were also occasions where I am at the edge of the zone say 11/15, the mobs spawns in the walls and cannot be hit at all.

Kindly address this bug thank you.
