Waystone Lost

I opened a tower map node with my juicy rare waystone only to see it not opening any portals to the map and instead couting it as already done/failed after I clicked the node again to check what hell had happened. I think that maybe it's relevent to mention that at the exact time I clicked transverse to open it someone was in me hideout buying from my shop with Ange.
Now I lost my very rare waystone because of this glitch...
