Failed to have required quest state.

I completed glade and the refuge on my lich playing on split screen with my son, he played my deadeye but idk what happened but I can't travel to kriahi bazaar keep getting a failed required quest state even though I have the waystone unlocked on map. I've already done the refuge and glade a 2nd time from start to finish Solo and after 3 days I still can't travel to it.
