My last two weapon points, Kabala bug?

I’ve completed the game on both my main and alt, and I got every weapon skill point on my alt but my main is missing two. It shows that I haven’t killed Kabala Constrictor Queen even though I’ve done it 10 times now. I’m still missing those last two points.
Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?
