Act 3 Campaign Quest Flags bugged

As a Titan, the Temple of Kopec opened before I'd interacted with the door in the Ziggurat Encampment. I'd been in town for 1-3 minutes. I had the Temple Door Idol in my inventory and was speaking with Oswald in town.

After finishing a line of dialogue with him and returning to his main dialogue directory, I got a quest notification and my character said something like "Don't ask where I got it...". I assume he was referring to the Idol. When I went down to where Alva was standing in front of the temple, she didn't have any new dialogue and was just standing there.

There was also an earlier bug with the three mushroom quest at the Apex of Filth. Upon picking up the first mushroom (I don't remember which color), my character said "And that's three." or something implying it was the last one I had to find.
