Why is Memory Usage So High????

in-game chart is a lie. Sitting at an entrance to a zone doing nothing and just watching the number climb to over 9GB used and pushing my 32GB system to 96% utilization. WTH is wrong with this game? lol Ever since the addition of Act 4 it's been like this. I just wanna play without having to keep an eye on resource manager -_-
