SOLVED HC character doesn't let me get into the game after alt+f4 during ping spike

The character is still in HC when I log in the character selection but when I try to get into the game it logs me out and says I was unable to load into the instance.
I was in keg bay and during a ping spike I alt+f4 fearing I would die since I was in front of a rare enemy.
Even if I try to log in into the town or hideout it doesn't let me.

I can enter in other characters HC and normal mode as well

It wouldn't let me connect for 30mins to the character and even said I wasn't connected to steam error.

SOLVED:
I verified the integrity of game files through steam, and Now I can play my character again after almost 1h of verifying.
