Sun temple next floor entrance exit disappeared

I was doing abyssal overrun map on the map, not on the waystone, I had seen the exit there before I went to go use it. I had cleared the floor of mobs and went to move on to the next floor and when I got there the exit/entrance was not there. I've tried logging on and off and everything to no avail.
