Killed Balbala with Monk and Witch Trails failed to appear on map

Hi,

I have killed Balbala with my Monk and my Witch and the trials location failed to appear on my map. This was after playing all the other classes past this point without issue. Can this be fixed or do I have to start over with these classes?
