Recoup working?

Theres no way that recoup is working.

If I drink a health pot, I get very roughly 600/s. Its very noticeable, obviously working.

I have 55% damage recoup, 20% elemental, 20% physical. Even if I'm only getting 55%, if I take 400 damage, 6sec(modded) recoup, I should get roughly 60/s. Thats from one hit. In theory that should pile up and do quite a bit.

I get hit a whole bunch I should be getting much more... right, or is it only the biggest hit or something- I don't actually know how it works.

Its certainly not working as I thought it would work.

I'm also using life regen to energy shield, which is nothing(60), but I can still clearly see it working.

I do see my health restoring from recoup, but its barely anything. I can have a mob hitting me for half my health, bout 1k- so I should notice something, right? 1000/6, its 160ish per second, then two hits 320... very quickly it should be noticeable.

If this is how its supposed to work its just not playable, right?
