Lone warrior passive and banners bug

The lone warrior passive is supposed to have this effect «Auras skills have 14% increased magnitudes. Your auras buffs do not affect allies».

But when I use this passive my banners just stop having any effect on me. I tested all configs and even removed all my gear and it was this passive that made me have no effect from banners (except when I also use the passive to have 2sec of banner buff to llinger on me, in this case I only get the banner buff during those 2 sec).

As far as I know I am not considered my own ally so I hope that this is a bug and not by design.
