Character stuck when opening strongbox in Jade Isles

My character got in a softlock state when opening a buffed strongbox in Jade Isles. It wasnt frozen neither. This happened before on another map, and as soon as the strongbox opened, with space, my character got stuck and i died.

I couldn't even activate town portal, tried switching to WSAD, could walk but kept coming back to the same point.
