Can't find hideout warp runes

Hello! For some reason i can't place warp runes in hideout.
In decorations menu warp runes are marked as "unavailable in this game version"
In shop they are also do not exist, but like one or two months ago i definitely was able to buy them and had them in my hideout

Just bought a warp rune but can't find it in my decoration list :(
