Multiple Unique Collecting Errors

I'm missing 12 uniques, one of which is a ring I have two different copies of, and neither goes into the unique stash.

I'm getting other sections that say I have 107% of 100% and the total tells me I'm missing one.

I also removed a wand to see if it was the mind one, and it's just a unique wand that says nothing now, and I can't put it back.

These bugs usually resolve themselves in the next launch; however, they are starting to add up now, and some have been in the game for a while now.
