Microtransactions ported in 0.3.0 and today in 0.4.0 are still disabled

Today a few microtransactions were ported over to PoE2, but they are still disabled. The ones I know of from 0.4.0 are:

* Cathedral Armour Set
* Aesir Lightning Rare Finisher Effect
* Anchor Drop Rare Finisher Effect
* Black Hole Rare Finisher Effect
* Consuming Tentacle Rare Finisher Effect
* Dragon Fire Rare Finisher Effect
* Necrotic Flames Rare Finisher Effect
* Shark Attack Rare Finisher Effect.

Also, in 0.3.0 many alternate art items such as The Searing Touch were ported over to PoE2. They still are disabled. Hoping to get this fixed! Thank you.
