[BUG] Self Sacrificing - 40% increased reservation of minion skills

1. What is the situation now:

The reservation efficiency of minion skills is 20%.
60 specter is reduced to 50.

2. What should be happening:

The reservation efficiency of minion skills should be 40%.
Expected 60 spirit should be down to ~43.

Short:
It was 40% in the content reveal.
It is 40% right now in the tooltip.
Actual effect is 20%.

This is kind-of a big deal.
Please notify the developers.

It has two stats, not just one.

20% reduced Spirit Reservation Efficiency of Skills
40% increased Reservation Efficiency of Minion Skills


In other words, minion skills get 20% increased reservation efficiency, other skills get 20% reduced reservation efficiency.
not sure how it is suppose to work , but with no other reservation modifiers my spectre is originally 60 and now is 50 but the notable says

20% reduced spirit reservation efficiency of skills
40% increased reservation efficiency of minion skills

is it basically just 20% for minion then the real cost should be 60-20% = 48

if it does it every line by itself
first line 60+20% = 78
second line 78-40% = 46.8

if it does them backwards
second line 60-40% = 36
first line 36+20% = 43.2

60-16.67% = 50 so the notable is reducing the cost by 16 ish percent. can someone clarify if this is working right and how it calculates it because my math isn't mathing

You got the first calculation wrong

if it does it every line by itself
first line 60+20% = 72
second line 72-40% = 43.2

Multiplication order doesn't change the result, but you still right because if it was additive it need to be 48, that means math isn't really mathing.

you right Oracle got me all kinds of discombobulated like spending ascendency points to see more tree and they seem to be a reason they were paths not taken
It grants 20% reduced reservation efficiency for all skills, INCLUDING minions, then adds +40% increased reservation efficiency for minions only

Reservation efficiency is additive, so -20% +40% = +20% for minion skills.

And then reservation efficiency is a DIVISION, not a multiplication, you divide the original reservation value by (1 + reservation efficiency in decimals), so 60 / (1 + 0.2) = 60 / 1.2 = 50.

Anything that says "efficiency" works this way, via this formula, such as cost efficiency. Cooldown recovery rate also uses this same formula despite using the words "recovery rate" instead of "efficiency", but its essentially the same

The effect is correct, there is nothing wrong with this notable
