Cannot activate Herald of Ice - Bug Report ID: #2343113039

As you can see have correct weopan, have spirit but it cannto be enabled, ive tried all the usual suspects to get it working but it will not come back on line.

It all started when i added a sceptre from lord of wilds skill, since then it wont activate.

ok figured it out, it seems you HAVE to select to use it with weopan slots once it used to be it used it by default, but seemingly now you HAVE to choose which weopan slot it used in
