CRITICAL Vaal temple out of bound disconnect and weapon deletion

Hello,

I was in the vaal temple workshop room and as i used fury of the montain i kept walking forward into a pillar that my character climbed. I then got disconnected (Lost realm contact ?). As i reconnected into my character, i was outside my temple that was closed byt my active weapon was also deleted (a cinderbark talisman).

I hope this bug can be fixed and prevent any other weapon deletion.
