Crit crit exception crush blocks game progression (probably snipe)

at the end of chapter 4 boss fight crushes every time on transition to phase 2.

The exception reads: Unable to deserialise packet with pid 1333

This happened 2 times while playing with my friend. He was dead.

UPD: some more playtime shows that game crashes when using snipe on bosses very often.

Can actually relogin and start from phase two of the boss fight, but unable to rejoin party members.

this might also be happening cause of the snipe skill, i noticed that game crushes a lot when i snipe this boss.
Sometimes game does not crus with snipe, idk if this is because of the 2nd arrow proc or not.
