Oasis Oath BUG?

Dears,

On 0.4 patch, it was mentioned that :

The Walker of the Wilds Keystone has been removed from the passive tree and its effects have been moved onto a newly added Lineage Support.

Which is Oasis Oath. However, on it, we have spell tag now. Does this mean, if I insert it on "Cold strike" or any other elemental skill (not spell), I will NOT be able to benefit from it? It only works for spells?
