Opening Social panel via the Keybind opens up party tab rather than friend tab

PoE 1 and 2 have always opened the friend tab with the social keybind. As of 0.4, this is no longer the case in PoE 2. If this was an intentional change and not a bug, please reconsider the implementation to let users choose their preferred social tab to open. At minimum it's a bug that it doesn't remember the tab you switch to after it closes (even within the same area).
