Djinn talisman weapon swap bug

if you transform from werewolf to human and use scepter there is a huge delay before djinn command activates meanwhile if you use any other weapon it is instant and smooth trasition, i am using werewolf and want to use a weapon swap scepter but currently running around without weapon on second set cause it is unplayable with the delay

found out its when the scepter i swap to have minion levels thats when its a big delay
