Exile spawned in Kedge Bay wooden derlict building

Started the Kedge Bay area, exile Nyassa spawned, suddenly became untargetable, then targetable, then i bugged her out again and she was blinking in and out of existance until only health bar remained.

edit: After creating bug report she teleported to other side of the area and i can kill her but she does nothing.
