Jamanra Lightning Spam

I have max Lightning Res and this boss is non-stop spamming his lightning arrows. I have to stand in melee range to hit him. I have the best gear I could acquire and it's probably better than any other playthrough I've ever done and this fight is infuriating. His lightning arrows aoe all around me or him so I can't melee him. I am not a ranged attacker. I can't run around and try to dot him up while dip dive dodging around tornados. You have to give players windows where we can DPS in between these BS lightning attacks. Some intermission to refill flasks would be helpful too. Normal players would quit the game before putting up with this sh*t. If we want to play Dark Souls we'll go play frking Dark Souls.
