Skills not working as intended: Frost Darts + Spell Totem & Plague Bearer + Astral Projection

Two interactions are not working as intended (presumably) - Frost Darts are not able to be socketed into the Spell Totem Meta Gem despite there being no cooldown or unpayable cost, and Plague Bearer's activated Nova attack is not relocated by Astral Projection Support despite being listed as a Nova and being able to be socketed into the skill.
