Blood Moon Wolf Pack is not in my cosmetic

I received the Twitch Drops on December 12, 2025, and they are correctly showing as claimed in my Twitch Drops and on the account management page for my PoE 2 Early Access account. However, the items are not appearing in game on my PC.

When I check the Cosmetics tab, the Werewolf shapeshifting cosmetic is not available. There are also no cosmetics listed for any of the werewolf skills I have, including Pounce.

Could you please look into why these items are not showing up in game? Thank you for your time and assistance. I have also reached out to support regarding this issue.

I have the exact same issue. Please devs fix this.
