Processor/Lag

I understand this game is cpu intensive, i have a ryzen 5700 w rtx 3060 on low settings. is there a recommended processor speed to run welll? it currently takes ages between loading into instances, could use some assistance here if possible i love the game, just tryna get it to play smoother for me. thanks alot
