Titan Mountain Splitter not doing damage with extra aftershocks w/ earthquake

Hi.

Titan's new ascendancy does not do damage with earthquake aftershocks. I have tested this in multiple maps with huge aoe, and no white mobs take any damage even directly over the visual aftershock.

Not sure if the node does it with other slams, but it also only seems visually to work with leap slam and rolling slam.

bumping. tons of other fixes in patch notes but this wasnt even mentioned. wtf

im once again bumping because another patch and no mention of this. entire build completely useless because u put in an ascendancy that doesnt work
