パーティ申請がお互いに届かない(Party invites aren't being sent to each other)

自分も相手もPS5を使ってPOE2を遊んでいます
以前からパーティを組めない事は多々ありましたが、今シーズンに至ってはパーティ申請すらお互い送りあえない状況になってしまいました。
この問題のために私と相手が行った方法は以下の1～6の通りです。
1.キャラクターをログアウトさせ、ゲームを終了し、PS5を再起動する
2.PS5のシステムアップデートやPOE2のアップデート確認
3.別のゲームで招待を送りあい、プレイステーションネットワーク経由で招待が届くことを確認
4.POE2のゲームデータの削除
5.POE2のゲームデータの再ダウンロード
6.時間をおいて、日付が変わってから、再度相互招待
これらの対応を取ってみましたが、パーティ申請がお互い届くことはなく、ゲームを一緒に遊ぶことが出来ない状態です
このゲームを友達と始めて1年が経ちますが、未だにパーティ関連で苦労しています
そろそろ本腰を入れて改善してくれませんか？

Both myself and my partner are playing Path of Exile 2 on PS5.
We've often been unable to form parties before, but this season has reached the point where we can't even send each other party invites.
The steps my partner and I took to address this issue are as follows:
1. Log out the character, quit the game, and restart the PS5.
2. Check for PS5 system updates and Path of Exile 2 updates.
3. Sending invites to each other in another game to confirm PlayStation Network invites are delivered.
4. Deleting POE2 game data.
5. Redownloading POE2 game data.
6. Waiting until the next day and trying mutual invites again.
We tried all these steps, but party invites still don't reach each other, and we can't play together.
It's been a year since we started playing this game together, and we're still struggling with party-related issues.
Isn't it about time you seriously addressed and fixed this?
