Lord of the wilds reservation efficiency bug

"Non-Minion Skills have 50% less Reservation Efficiency"

Currently on my build, I have done A1 and A3 spirit quests. With this keystone, I have 30 spirit (60 base - 50% = 30 spirit): https://i.imgur.com/cAWMcDf.png

Both skills: Wolf pack and Arctic Armour not usable - this is right: https://i.imgur.com/UKF4mKf.png

With this sceptre: https://i.imgur.com/fnBXTZ6.png
I have:
60 spirit + 156 from sceptre I have 216 spirit, with keystone -50% = 108 spirit: https://i.imgur.com/djEbSwd.png

Arctic armour takes 30 spirit, with keystone +50% = 45 spirit, however right now it is 60 spirit which means it is +100% instead of +50%: https://i.imgur.com/SeYEFsn.jpeg

So keystone states +50% reservation for non minion skills but it calculate +100%.

With 108 spirit I should be able to activate:
- Wolf pack 60 spirit
- Arctic Armour 45 spirit
