This driver version can cause very long loading screens - Adrenaline 25.12.1

Hi,
I have this problem when logging to PoE2, i get this message. I dont know why cause i have Adrenaline 25.12.1 installed. Unistalling the game didn't help, reinstalling drivers either. I'am getting crashes from time to time (which never happened on 0.3 league) with Adrenaline error on top. What is the case?
