Heavy lags during evening

Hello there,
I'm working during day and want to have fun after. So I play during evening.
Problem is that game lags to much during evening.
I play from Czech republic and I choose Frankfurt,as it's closest server to me. Still ping goes up to 3000 making game unplayable.

I use Steamdeck and gigabit Internet.
Previous leagues were without issues.

Any idea what can I do to solve this issue?
Want to play PoE2, but I'm not able to due to lagging.
