Lag and deconnection EU servers

Hello, I'd like to know what I can do about the lag and frequent disconnections every night!

I have an 8Gbps upload and download speed, yet I keep getting disconnected and experiencing lag spikes for no apparent reason. I didn't have this problem nearly as much in version 0.3, and I'm fed up that nothing is being done to address these issues.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to improve this situation?
