Organised Forces Atlas Passive does not work

Oranised Forces "Non-Irradiated Areas with Powerful Map Bosses have +1 level" does not give +1 level to map areas when using an Overseer Tablet (lvl 79 zone on a T15)

Bumping since this wasn't fixed in the most recent patch.
Oranised Forces only works on natural spawning bosses(boss icon on atlas) but does not work with tablet still. Thank you |
