Wyvern does not perform wing blast in the opposite direction after dodging

In Wyvern form, If I dodge in one direction and use Wing Blast skill in the opposite (180 degree) direction, my character will not use Wing Blast.

Weird thing is when I turnaround after that, my character will use Wing Blast. It's like the skill usage was queued but not performed.

+1 this is super frustrating as it's the only survival tool the wyvern has yet it's not working properly. Sketching me out in hardcore..
