Corrupted Nexus Bug - No Corrupted Boss, No Atlas Points

If you die to the Boss in a Corrupted Nexus map, and have to re-enter the boss fight, this negates the Corrupted Nexus Boss Spawning from the corpse, meaning you don't get the quest complete and don't get any atlas points.
