Stun buildup with druid

Is there a bug?
Because I can’t generate stun buildup with my Druid.
I have nodes on stun buildup and even my weapon have some.
Also tried the support gem “stun”.

I noticed that if I attack with any skill the stun bar won’t move, but the wolf minions can generate stun buildup.
