BUG INTERLUDE

Good evening,

As you can see in the attached photos, I completed all the Interlude quests; however, when I approach the NPC to access "Quimah Reservoir," the door simply won't open for me. I'm stuck in the Interlude. I've already tried resetting the instance at all waypoints, but without success.
