Missing Wolf Companion Summon when playing on controller

Currently have 7 Wolf Companion summons but when I zone into a map using controller I only have 6. Logging out and logging back in with mouse and keyboard puts it back up to 7.

Yriel's Fostering Strider vest doesn't allow to toggle multiple companions on controller UI.

Yriel's Fostering is unusable on Xbox cause of this.
