Warcaller’s Bellow buff does not generate Rage on Melee Attack Hits

I believe there may be a bug with Warcaller’s Bellow in PoE2.

After activating Warcaller’s Bellow, I am not gaining any Rage, even when hitting enemies with direct melee attacks.

What I tested:

Activated Warcaller’s Bellow (buff icon active, duration running)

Used basic melee attacks (no projectile, no totem, no minion)

Tested on normal and rare monsters (they do not die instantly)

Removed passives/supports that consume or convert Rage

Rage bar stays at 0 at all times

This also happens after changing zones and re-activating the buff.

Expected behavior:

Warcaller’s Bellow should grant Rage on melee attack hits, as described.

Actual behavior:

No Rage is generated at all.

It previously worked (or at least seemed to work) in an earlier league when using projectile/attack interactions, so this may be a regression or interaction bug.

It seems to be working normally, but the buff icon is missing.
Normally, the buff icon should appear in the top-left corner, but it does not show up now.
However, the Rage value is still increasing and working correctly, which can be confirmed by the Rage indicator shown at the bottom of the screen.
