No drops when dual bosses die at the same time. Music keeps playing.

It's happened to me twice now where my poison build kills two bosses at the same time (or close to it) and no loot drops. Boss music keeps playing.

Happened again in tial of sekhemas. They died at the same time, dropped nothing except sacred water.
