Oil Barrage inconsistencies.

Whilst channelling Oil Barrage and consuming Power Charges, you do not consume any Elemental Surge stacks generated during the extended channelling process, meaning you have to recast Oil Barrage every time you want to consume Elemental Surge stacks. You can however consume all Elemental Surge stacks in one single instance of channelling as long as you had the stacks at the start of the channel.

Likewise, Oil Barrage cannot be empowered by Ferocious Roar, despite the fact that the latter references only attacks.
