[Skill Bug] Tornado limit not increasing from Stormweaver's "Multiplying Squalls" node

The skill "Tornado" is currently not benefiting from the +2 maximum limit provided by the Multiplying Squalls node in the Stormweaver Ascendancy tree. Despite having the node allocated, the maximum number of active Thunderstorms remains at the base limit.

Interestingly, the limit does increase correctly when using the Overabundance Support gem (+1 limit). This suggests that the issue is specifically related to the interaction (or lack thereof) between Thunderstorm and the Stormweaver Ascendancy node.
