Cannot open Uncut Skillgem 14

Everytime I open the uncut gem, the client crashes to desktop

it does seem it wa sonly the 3 uncut 14's my friend had traded me that were doing this. When I picked up a 14 on the ground I did not crash

Now it's crashing with an uncut level 16 gem i picked up myself
